Raynovex explains below how information is handled in connection with Stock Footage Tool and this website.
Effective date: October 9, 2026 · Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. Operator and scope
Raynovex is the operator name used here. This policy covers Stock Footage Tool, this website, license and payment-related services, and support information voluntarily submitted by users.
Legally required operator information not published on this page will be provided without undue delay in response to an appropriate request, as required by applicable law. Disclosures under Japanese commercial transaction law are handled separately.
2. Information handled
Depending on the features used, the following types of information may be handled. Not all types are collected from every user.
- Anonymous device-binding identifiers, trial start times, license or subscription status, and transaction or verification references
- Information needed for payments and subscriptions, including purchaser information handled by Lemon Squeezy where applicable
- Support messages and diagnostic information voluntarily submitted by users
- Website-related IP addresses, request details and security logs that may be recorded by infrastructure providers
3. Purposes of use
Information is used as necessary for service delivery, trial and paid-license verification, subscription and payment administration, fraud prevention, security, support, troubleshooting, compliance with legal obligations and service maintenance and improvement.
4. Local storage of media and projects
Photos, illustrations, videos, generated metadata and project information imported into Stock Footage Tool are generally handled on the user’s PC.
Raynovex does not automatically collect original media files or project content merely through normal use of the application. Relevant information may nevertheless be transmitted when users choose Cloud AI features or voluntarily submit support materials.
5. Cloud AI and Local AI
Cloud AI features may send text, user hints, filenames, metadata, images or illustrations, representative frames extracted from video and necessary settings to a selected AI provider from the user’s PC.
Such transmissions normally use the user’s own API agreement and API key; Raynovex servers do not relay ordinary AI media data. Local AI media processing does not upload that media to a Cloud AI provider.
See Cloud AI Data Transmission for the data categories, providers and precautions involving third-party information.
6. API keys and local credentials
API keys set by users are designed to be managed locally on the PC using Windows Credential Manager or similar facilities. Raynovex servers do not ordinarily collect or retain API keys during normal use.
Users are responsible for managing their provider accounts, API-key permissions, billing and spending limits.
7. Trial, licensing and payments
Anonymous device-binding identifiers and relevant trial and contract timestamps are used for eligibility checks and prevention of repeated trial abuse. MachineGuid, Windows user names, PC names, BIOS serial numbers and hardware serial numbers are not used for device identification.
The planned production architecture uses Lemon Squeezy for payment, subscription and license administration, and Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 for the commerce service. The respective providers’ terms and policies may also apply.
8. Website and access logs
To deliver and protect this website and investigate incidents, infrastructure services such as Cloudflare may process IP addresses, access times, request details and security-related data.
If additional cookies or analytics services are introduced, this policy will be updated to reflect their actual use.
9. Support and diagnostic ZIP files
A diagnostic ZIP is created voluntarily by the user, who checks its contents and destination before sending it. It is not automatically transmitted to Raynovex.
By design, a diagnostic ZIP generally excludes API keys, license keys, private commerce identifiers, Windows usernames, full local paths, email addresses, AI Assistant chat history, original media files and separate crash or quality logs.
Voluntary attachments and free-text messages may still contain personal or confidential information, so users should review them before sending.
10. External service providers
The website and application involve Lemon Squeezy for payments and subscriptions, Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 for commerce infrastructure, and optional Cloud AI services such as OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude chosen by users.
Ordinary media data transmitted directly from the user’s PC to an AI provider is treated distinctly from payment and licensing data managed by Raynovex.
11. Third-party and international disclosures
Where Raynovex itself transfers personal data to a third party abroad, it will take measures required by applicable law, including consent and information disclosure where needed. When relying on the individual’s consent, required information generally includes the destination country, its personal-information protection system, and the recipient’s safeguards before consent is obtained.
Ordinary Cloud AI media is transmitted directly from the user’s PC to the selected provider using the user’s API contract and key. Such transmissions are not automatically characterized as transfers made by Raynovex; the actual legal assessment depends on the data, contracts and circumstances.
Users transmitting third-party personal data, client-supplied media, confidential material or unpublished work must check their authority, necessary consent, cross-border disclosures and other applicable requirements. Clicking “I understand” in the application does not obtain consent from people depicted in the media.
12. Retention and security
Information is kept for periods necessary for service provision, fraud prevention, support, legal compliance and other legitimate needs. Information no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized by reasonable means.
Reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information include access controls, separation of secrets, protected communications and operational checks. Details of safeguards will be provided on request to the extent required by law.
13. Requests and inquiries
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request notice of purposes of use, access, correction, additions or deletion, suspension or erasure, or suspension of third-party disclosure of retained personal data. Applicable identity verification and identification of relevant information may be required.
A formal contact URL or email address for personal-information requests will be finalized and published before public release. This contact channel is not yet available.
Legally required information not published on this page will be provided without undue delay upon a qualifying request, as required by law.
14. Effective date and revisions
Effective date: October 9, 2026. Last updated: October 9, 2026.
Revisions to this policy will be posted on this page together with the revised date.
